I can't believe this was the first concert of 2025 and in the middle of Cadiz Carnival 2025 .. Wow. Anyway iot was partly because of Carnaval that my good friend Ernest Martinez came and brought his cajon , cymbal, and bongos as well as musical imagination to play with me and Bosco Prada(also on bongos) . The last time we played together was about 10 years ago in Barcelona , so its extra special for me . The concert also featured tyer images of QIA once again with new i visual interpretations our compositions Bajo de Bajo and Aceptato. Playing with 2 bonguistas was a pleasure and wonderful sound experience . Apart from my compositions we played Jobims/Chopins Insensitive and Killing Me Softly in tribute /memorium to the great Roberta Flack. The apero consisted of Pizzas and drinks. I was glad to see every one who made it, in spite of the really densely populated streets of Cadiz in Carnaval . Thank you one and all!!!
